Quote: “We started the Build with Ukraine and summer program, we will sign the relevant agreements at the start of the export of our technologies abroad in the opening format of production lines in Europe and, perhaps, not only in the countries that help us, which finance drone production and are starting to finance the production of missiles in Ukraine.”
More details: Zelenskyy pointed out that the priority was to prevent any technology transfer to the state of aggressor in Russia, which makes exports impossible to countries compatible in Moscow.
He noted that positive signals concerning the export of technologies and the production of weapons come from Denmark, Norway, Germany, the United Kingdom and Lithuania.
In 2025, Ukraine reached a record level in the financing of its own defense industry. “This year, we found US dollars for the defense industry,” said Zelenskyy.
Background: Ukraine meets 40% of the needs of its armed forces thanks to its domestic defense industry, having considerably increased the production of weapons.
