A series of popular concerts returns to downtown Winnipeg for a fifth year.
The Burt Block parties, a four -night summer event held outside the Burton Cummings Theater, its 2025 range announced on Tuesday.
The party, which starts on August 14, includes artists ranging from country to classic rock, which will occur at a crowd of 4,000 outside the historic concert hall.
“We are delighted to announce our fifth year of live music outside the city center of Winnipeg in August,” Raben Ramalheiro de True North Sports said on Tuesday.
“The Burt Block celebrations have become a beloved tradition, where our city is delighted to revel in the performance of their favorite groups in the amazing context of our Winnipeg horizon line. Each year, we refine and improve this event, and we impatiently plan the pleasure of each of what we have prepared for this fifth special year. ”
The Canadian Country Star of Platinum, Dean Brody, launches the first night of the series, alongside Owen Riegling, Hailey Benedict and Brandi Vezina from Manitoba.

Friday, August 15, includes the pop-rock outfit of Vancouver Marianas Trench, supported by Down with Webster and Fefe Dobson.
The headliners of the following night are Kingston, Ontario, Alt-Rockers The Glorious Sons, alongside the 90s Radio Staples Everclear, as well as the winner of the Juno Jj Wilde Prize.
Finally, on Sunday August 17, Canadian Classic Rock fans can discover Kim Mitchell, Chilliwack and Harlequin.
Additional guests for Friday, Saturday and Sunday dates have not yet been announced.
