Florence, al. (May 1, 2025) – The Women’s Tennis team at the University of North Alabama will extend the 2025 season because the Lions were invited to compete in the UTR Sports Nit championships from May 7 to 9 in Rome, Georgia.
The historic campaign of UNA continues because it marks the first appearance of the nit in the history of the program. Compiled with a field of eight teams, the NIT championship will be organized at Rome Tennis Center in Berry College. The lions open the first round against the state of the Middle Tennessee on May 7, as Announced by Utr Sports on Wednesday.
