A woman filed a complaint at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, alleging a sexual assault from 1984 by former Windsor Spitfires players during a team party.
The plaintiff, identified in court documents like “Jane Doe”, said that it has been incapable and attacked at the home of a family of billets and continues the Spitfires, the Ontario Hockey League, the Canadian Hockey League and four former Windsor Name players for damages totaling $ 3.75 million.

The trial, posted on Tuesday, accuses the leagues of promoting a “toxic environment” and of not protecting the applicant and alleged that they have ignored previous relationships of sexual misconduct.
The trial details the allegations of several players sexually assaulting the applicant when it was unconscious and alleys that the leagues failed to supervise the players correctly and ignore the complaints of past sexual assault. None of the allegations were tested in court.
The applicant, born in 1965, claims damages for pain, suffering and loss of income.
The OHL and the CHL refused to comment, declaring that they had not been officially signified with a declaration.
