During a weight loss trip, it is great to be inspired by other minors and learn from each other.

A woman, who lost 6th LB during the forties, reduced her success to the following four principles.


Ursula discussed Youtube how the elimination of processed sugars helped her lose weight.

She said: “I had a sugar dependence almost my whole life, so I had to stop. Cut the cakes, the pies, the ice cream, the sweet treats, I had to leave all this.”

Ursula explained: “I followed my sugar consumption and simply by cutting refined sugars, I stayed in a relatively healthy range of sugar consumption for the day.

“I could make a difference in just a few days. I felt more refreshed and energetic. I felt like I could do more things during the day. I knew that the sugar was holding me.”

The slim focused on the achievement of its protein targets daily by counting its macronutrients.

Ursula said: “I went from calories counting to macro-counting and I saw a huge difference in my weight loss.

“I lost not only the 6th 4LB, but the 5 was in nine months (when) I focused on monitoring my food.”

A weight loss course is a question of balance and not to be too “too restrictive” with your diet. The thinner said: “I call my method of eating clean. What I mean by that is that, for the most part, I ate whole and unprocessed food.

“There were times when I had to eat outside and when I had to eat something transformed, but I was trying to make the healthiest choices I could. I did not insist.

One of the greatest protagonists of its weight loss success was the integration of strength training.

Ursula explained: “The fat started to melt. When I started to force training, my body had its own mind. It came to the point where I had no objective of weight loss, I will just let my body do what it wants to do.

“I went down to the 9th 4LB, I never thought I would be there.

In other news of weight loss, Another weight loss enthusiast lost 1st 12 LB in two months and kept it by increasing their contribution from good ingredients.
