Wesley Chapel – While shopping centers continue to fight to find their foot, Wiregrass stores says it makes great measures to make sure that it remains a vital part of the Wesley chapel.
You could say that the Wiregrass stores are the OGS of Wesley Chapel, making its debut in 2008 when there was not much else.
However, the landscape has changed considerably since then and has become more and more competitive. With additional offers of food and shopping in places such as Tampa Premium outlets on the road on State Road 56, the popular Krate at the Grove on State Road 54, and larger planned developments like Avalon Park and the next project of the city center of the inheritance in Wiregrass Ranch giving residents of evolution.
“The objective of refreshing the property is to continue to make Wiregrass stores a one -stop shop for shopping, restaurants and entertainment in the Wesley Chapel community,” said general manager Sarah Williams.
Trigate Capital, which paid $ 70.5 million for the 800,000 square feet shopping center in 2023, recently started a project that will transform the central court, better known for its performance and annual symphony in the celebration of light festivals, between Pasteo Drive and Avenue Piazza.
The outdoor green space will receive a new landscaping, an improved fountain, large shadow structures, updated lighting and new seats.
The two fountains along Paseo Drive will also be improved with more seats and shaded areas, and landscaping, depending on the company, will create an atmosphere “similar to a garden” to promote its walking as an outdoor shopping center.
Its fresh outdoor market at Wiregrass Ranch, opened the first and third Saturday of each month, continues to be a popular destination for outdoor market fans.
“We consider ourselves to transcend ourselves the conventional concept of a shopping center, embracing our identity as an outdoor lifestyle destination,” said Williams. “We devote ourselves to continuous evolution, enriching our property with new retailers, engaging events, lush greenery and walking that exceeds the offers of traditional shopping centers.”
The shopping center has already, no doubt, the best selection of restaurants from all the shopping centers in the center of Florida, with places like Chuck Lager America’s Tavern, Grillsmith New American Grill, noble Crustca, Azteca d’Oro and others. The refreshment will also include Turkish Bosphorus cuisine, which should open its doors later this year.
Wiregrass stores have also added Craft Showcase Market to the shopping center at the central courtyard, and the high -end anthropology women’s clothing store, with more to come.
“We always listen to the comments of our customers and seek means to innovate the property to meet and exceed the desires and needs of our guests,” said Williams. “We have added more variety to our store offers and extended areas to spend time mixing and connect with others to promote time spent in Wiregrass stores.”
