Ontario police watchdog investigates after a policeman Shot a teenager in Toronto on Sunday afternoon.
The special surveys unit indicates that the incident occurred shortly before 3 p.m. in a place in the north of the city.

The guard dog says the police tried to stop a 17 -year -old boy, who was occupying in a car.
He says that an officer pulled a single blow to the teenager after an “interaction” with him.
The SIU says that the boy was transported to the hospital and that he stays there in a non -deadly state.
The other occupants of the vehicle were arrested and the SIU requests anyone with information, photos or videos of the incident to contact the principal investigator.
