“ The Nazis obtained better treatment ”: the judge criticizes the law on the use of Trump Administration of Extraterrestrial Enemies
The Ministry of Justice has put pressure on a federal court of appeal to raise the temporary block of a judge against the use by President Donald Trump of a war authority to quickly expel the alleged members of a Venezuelan gang. During the almost an hour’s hearing before the American Court of Appeals circuit, judge Patricia Millett criticized the use by President Trump by the Extraterrestrial Enemies Act, adding that “the Nazis obtained better treatment”.
