Valerie Bertinelli feels grateful to a career that lasted five decades.
The famous chef, who has shot a new project in Vancouver, British Columbia, wrote that the excitement of being on the set never ages in an Instagram post on Wednesday, June 25.
“I am starting to love these morning hosts,” she started the legend of a selfie. “It’s a great time for reflection and meditation. I listen to Solfeggio or Binaural Music to relieve any persistent anxiety which has calmed with gratitude in an exponential way in the past few months. I study my lines for the scenes to come during the day. I am certainly tired and exhausted for hours, but it is the exhaustion of a beloved work. ”
Bertinelli began to act as a child and was launched to glory by playing Barbara Cooper on One day bothwhich took place from 1975 to 1984.
“Even after 53 years, there is still excitement and clarity in all of this,” she added. “Gratitude and camaraderie that I think of working with so many talented and charming artists in each department that makes up this crazy business is something that feels at home. I will never take it all for granted.”
Earlier this month, Bertinelli revealed that she was about to start working on a new production for Lifetime.
“It is an incredible script written by an incredible writer and the casting is beyond my wildest dreams”, she Written on Instagram. “It is a beautiful role in decomposing all my barriers, eliminating outside noise and being openly vulnerable. It is the only way to let the real and authentic emotions sink. ”
Bertinelli noted that she had not acted in a single camera production for “at least” four years.
She added that she had seen “fear and doubt” in her eyes in certain recent photos that she had taken.

“I know, in reality, it’s just my process and I’m fine,” said Bertinelli. “I have been doing this for over 50 years (it’s like cycling, right?) But I love this script so much and I want to do it justice.
In an Instagram publication on June 16, Bertinelli open About savor simple pleasures before arriving on the set the next day.
“These are the little things that can always make me happy and grateful,” she wrote. “The dancing sunlight passing through a window in the morning? Happy. 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊”
