A report by the American government on the health of children has cited “totally manufactured” studies to safeguard its results, academics were wrongly as the authors of these studies said.
Forced for the first time on May 22, the report detailed the causes of a “chronic disease crisis” in children in the United States. A modified version was published on May 29 after the Nutus digital point of sale used seven nonexistent sources.
The white house press secretary Karoline Leavitt said there were “formatting problems” and that the report would be updated, but “he had not canceled the substance of the report”.
US Secretary of Health Robert F Kennedy Jr, who has promoted demystified allegations according to which vaccines cause autism, leads the department behind the report.
He arrives at the rear of one of the management orders of the American president Donald Trump earlier this year, in particular to “study the scope of the crisis of chronic childhood disease and any potential contributory causation”.
Issued by the Make America Healthy Again commissionThe report concluded that poor diet, environmental toxins, stress, insufficient physical activity and “over -mediation” can contribute to chronic disease in American children.
But the authors of several studies cited in the report told media that they had not written them and that studies had never existed.
Guohua Li, a professor of Columbia University who was appointed author of a report on the mental health of children in pandemic, told Agency France-Press that the reference was “completely manufactured” and that he did not even know the co-author listed.
He was listed as an author alongside Noah Kreski, a researcher at Columbia University, who also denied writing it, saying it to AFP “does not seem to be a study that exists”.
Katherine Keyes, an epidemiology professor who told the Reuters news agency that she had also been wrongly appointed as an author, said: “This makes me fear since quotation practices are an important element of the conduct and the rigorous science relationship.”
Another study cited on the advertising of psychotropic drugs for young people has not been written by the listed author, the university which employs it to AFP and Reuters.
THE National Democratic Committee The Ministry of Health and Social Services of the accused RFK JR. “justify its political priorities with sources that do not exist” and to use quotes which “are prey to errors, broken links to poorly extended conclusions”.
RFK JR was sworn in as secretary in the United States in February. Since he took office, he has cut thousands of jobs in the Health department and has planned to introduce Placebo tests for all new vaccines.
