Uconn Health announced that Connecticut has created legislation to establish a Neuromodulation center of excellence At the Brain and Spine Institute which offers veterans access to the recovery of strokes via VIVISTEM, a microtransonder product. VIVISTIM is an intervention by the transformative stroke which helps ischemic survivors of strokes improve the function of the upper limbs during the chronic recovery phase when progress in therapy often slows down.
