West Monroe, La. (Knoe) – In February, the West Monroe Convention Center Center and Kayla’s Kitchen invite guests to go back in time for a night of music, mystery and murder.
“Death by Doo Wop”, a mystery dinner on the theme of the 1950s, promises an interactive experience where customers can have a good Rockin time – while also resolving a crime.
Located in the world of “National Bandstand”, a fictitious television dance program of the 1950s, production mixes classic rock’n’roll nostalgia with an exciting whodunit.
While the dancers take the scene for Twist and Jive, a shocking murder transforms the evening into a mystery with high issues. The public will play the detective, bringing together clues to unmask the culprit before the end of the night.
Not only does “death by Doo Wop” offer an immersive night of entertainment, but it also supports a good cause. Part of each ticket sold will benefit Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival, helping to support one of the most cherished cultural events in the region.
The organizers of the event are delighted with the energy and creativity that the casting has brought to their roles.
The production will take place on February 13 and 14 at the West Monroe Convention Center Center and on 21, 22, 28, 28 and 1 March in Kayla’s Kitchen.
Tickets cost $ 60 for Congress Center shows and $ 50 for Kayla cooking shows.
The public is encouraged to dress in their best outfit in the 1950s, take their dance shoes and prepare for a night of unforgettable pleasure.
