President Donald Trump Offers redemptions to federal workers who do not want to stay under the new administration, according to a letter sent to government employees on Tuesday.
The letter, shared by the American office of personnel management, said Federal employees had had from January 28 to February 6 to decide if they wish to resign as part of this program.
Those who resign will receive complete remuneration and social benefits regardless of their daily workload and would not be required to attend work in person.
The web page has listed a deferred resignation letter which specifies that employees would carry out “reasonable and customary tasks and processes to facilitate” their departure.
The resignation offer was available for all full -time federal employees, with the exception of military personnel, employees of American postal services, those who immigration application and national security roles and other positions specifically excluded by an agency.
The letter indicates that a recent order issued by Trump meant that there would be an important reform on the federal workforce, which, according to her, would be “built around four pillars”. These pillars were as follows: return to the office, performance culture, more rationalized and flexible labor, and improved driving standards.
