The National Security Company said on Tuesday that Borkey will be moving towards the development and implementation of its technological, research and development strategy portfolio. It will also supervise the formulation of strategic campaigns to generate new capacities and innovations modifying the market. Borkey is also responsible for leading the Peraton strategic innovation group, including Peraton Labs.

Borkey was recently executive vice-president and Cto of HhiWhere he was the pioneer of the company’s artificial intelligence initiative, resulting in the development of various applications. He was previously with Alion Science and Technology, serving as CTO for almost four years, before he was acquired by HHI in 2021.
The executive of Peraton also held the CTO post at Thales communications And DRS Defense Solutions. Borkey also worked at Northrop Grumman and AT&T Bell Labs, occupying various roles of engineering and management. At AT&T Bell Labs, he was the project manager responsible for developing long-haul sub-curb communication systems.
