Tyler New Jersey
Regarding modern government operations, it is more than the connection of residents and businesses to public and local services. It is also a question of forging links between agencies and services so that everyone, the government of the government included, has more transparent and positive government experience.
However, when there are hundreds of ministries and government agencies, it may be difficult to rationalize resources and services in a way that is used for everyone. (New Jersey alone has 9.5 million residents and more than 70,000 state employees.)
So, in a rapid world dependent on technology, how can the governments of states and premises continue to promote the commitment of residents and inter-listings without sacrificing productivity or affordability?
He helps to collaborate with the right partner.
Choose the right partner

For the government of the State, this means digital systems that work together rather than in silos; increased collaboration between government agencies; More frequent commitment between residents and the State; and a significant increase in cost savings.
New Jersey Connection
Currently, Trenton de Trenton team is joining forces with more than 3,000 new Jersey government agencies to optimize access to services and stimulate residents’ commitment through connected technology. Here are three examples:
Take advantage of a end-to-end payment platform Specially designed for the government. Billing and presentation to the capture of payments, fund regulations and disbursement, Tyler’s rich payment technology allows New Jersey agencies to manage the entire life cycle of payments, increasing the transparency of back office reports while creating gentle resident interactions. In more than fifteen years, New Jersey treated more than $ 1.3 billion per year using the Tyler government platform.
Adopt the increased field operations solution in Tyler (AFO). Powered by advanced AI and Automatic Learning, Tyler’s AFO platform transforms the surveillance, compliance and application of work in the field so that agencies can better protect the environment, communities and the lives of the residents they serve. In New Jersey, the AFO mobile inspection application helped seven inspectors from the New Jersey environmental protection department to perform more than 9,500 inspections in person since the launch of the platform in 2022. Inspections that took more than two to three hours only take a few minutes.
Launch of a fully electronic lender process. With the electronic system of privilege and title (Elt), delivered by a partnership between Tyler and the field titles, New Jersey rationalized operations between its engine vehicle commission, its customers, vehicle dealers and lenders. The new system allows loan establishments to complete privilege transactions in a secure and entirely digital way, to considerably improve processing times, to reduce printing and mail costs associated with paper securities and to stimulate satisfaction for all stakeholders involved.
Connected government means connected communities
New Jersey is not the only state to see this success thanks to a strategic partnership with Tyler Technologies.
Success was also seen in Virginie-Western, Who launched a mobile application for the recording of vehicles and driving license renewals, taking advantage of the resident engagement platform of Tyler. Known as “WVDMV EZ”, the application provides a single window solution to access the DMV services in Virginie-Western travel, by reducing pedestrian traffic to brick and mortar DMV sites, optimization of department’s resources and improving the overall customer experience.
In the meantime, the Mississippi Attorney General Office Tyler -effect resident engagement platform with Tyler effect to launch the Mississippi Access to Materal Assistance (MAMA) website. The new site connects women and pregnant mothers to public and private resources from the whole state and collected 26,700 views and a 63% engagement rate in the first three months of launch. Based on this success, the Prosecutor General’s office completed the website with the Mama Mobile application, also built using the resident engagement platform, which made more than 70 downloads during its first month.
