Bryan, Texas (KBTX) – becoming healthy can be difficult, so the co -owner of the Jon Childers cycling station shares his advice and tips to maintain a good lifestyle.
Childers recommends starting small healthier decisions like walking a little more or replacing junk food with fruits and vegetables can add up over time. Preparation of meals at the start of the week can facilitate damage to better options.
Before going to the gymnasium, Childers said he made a list of what he wanted to accomplish during this period, which facilitates the maintenance of the task and the physical objectives. In the gymnasium, he said that adding higher weight to training gradually even as little as five pounds could be added to large gains over time.
He also wants to highlight the importance of starting the day with water.
“Before having this coffee in the morning, what is so important is to have this glass of water. I think we, humans, are guilty, I wake up, I need my coffee,” said Childers. “If we are not careful, we are 3 and 4 cups at noon and we never have water.”
