Thousands of Microsoft customers could not access Outlook, including email and other services, after Microsoft 365 had a breakdown on Saturday afternoon.
Shortly after the restoration of the services, around 4:40 p.m., business announced that he had “identified a potential cause of impact” and raised the suspect code.
