I am a snob when it comes to Pre-Railed cheeses– Almost everyone working in the food industry is. Of course, it is practical, but the cheese is often dry, stingy and well, dusty – thanks to the anti -fabrication agents that companies add to prevent Aggler’s cheese.
But my friend Kristine (who is a big fan of Aldi) surprised me last week with a bag of gifts from all her favorite Aldi products to the taste test. Among the many pleasant surprises, there was this mixture of super tasty cheese.

From the outside, I would not trust this cheese more than these other dusty contenders. But I promised Kristine that I would try everything she brought, so I caught a pinch to taste.
Honestly, I was shocked. The flavor was somewhere between a Acid -haired cheddar and a soft and soft cheddar. The texture was just as surprising – it was super smooth and not the least dusty. The whole has a mixture of cheese from Wisconsin, New York and Vermont, which is impressive on its own. It’s like three cheese states, all of you.
I don’t know what kind of Aldi magic is up to their Happy Farms workshop, but I’m here for that. This mixture is ideal for Taco EveningAt the head of a saucepan, and who knows what else.
Don’t get me wrong – I still think shred your own cheese is the best, especially for Cheese pays and Pimiento cheese. But this tasty mixture tried to try it in more cheesy recipes …
