Washtenaw Community College is organizing Night Coe Science At the Ann Arbor summer festival this Sunday, June 22, with free and practical STEM activities.
Activities mix up the stem, sports and electronic sports, offering practical experiences that arouse curiosity, light creativity and inspire children of all ages to explore fascinating careers.
Two Kidzone + tents will be open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the top of the Park Park in downtown Ann Arbor, 915, rue E. Washington, on the lawn North and South Lawn.
Young scientists can dive into chemistry, physics and engineering thanks to interactive experiences led by members of the faculty of mathematics, science and engineering of the CEO.
Among the protruding facts of the evening are the shows of Mad Science Detroit at 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
The other activities include kits of DIY semiconductors with Doh Play and Batteries; Live scientific demos with edible DNA and slime; Sports in the open field with relay races and more (led by the intramural sports personnel of the CEO); Video Gaming in the Esports zone (directed by the staff of the WCC Esports); And coloring on the theme featuring the Mascot of WCC, Alpha.
