The organizers of the Vancouver International Auto Show indicate that the event broke attendance records after attracting international titles to ban Tesla for security reasons.
Supporters of the electric car company and CEO Elon Musk had called for a boycott of the series, but the organizers say that it rather set a new frequentation record of more than 138,000.
