San Marcos – Seasons of Science, organized by the Department of Biology of Texas State University and the naturalists master of the county of Hays, should transform local breweries into interactive scientific spaces in April.
According to a press release, the events will offer the following: to explore the essential role of pollinators in the ecosystems of the center of Texas, by learning local pollinators in an interactive education table, by playing the practical pollination game, by decorating a pot of flowers respectful of the environment in the craft station, joining an exploration of guided nature with a research guide and outside in a small local business.
The upcoming event aims to make science pleasant for adults, while creating a welcoming environment for families to learn together, said the version.
“The seasons of Sciences decompose the obstacles between scientific education and community engagement,” said Jill Zipperrer, awareness connection. “We bring out science from the classroom and in the spaces where people naturally meet, making learning both fun and accessible.”
