The winners named the RCMP in 2025, the puppy competition were announced.
The competition is organized each year to provide names to the puppies raised to the training center for police dog services from the GRC (PDSTC) in Innisfail, in Alta.

This year’s competition took place this year from February 19 to March 19 and attracted more than 10,000 admissions, said the RCMP.
Children aged four to 14 were invited to submit their online name suggestions. All names were to start with the letter “A” and a winner was chosen in each of the 13 provinces and territories of Canada.

- Addy – Paisley Leger (New Brunswick)
In addition to having the honor of appointing a puppy, the RCMP will also present each of the 13 winners with a photo of the puppy, as well as a soft dog named justice and a bottle of water from the RCMP.

The names that have not won will always be taken into account for other puppies born this year, according to the RCMP.
The GRC police dog training center is the training center for all GRC police dog teams in Canada.
