The OPP rope team said that a dangerous and high risk offender said the police pose a risk to the community and that the children were arrested in Toronto.
Police said 44 years old Simon Gares was on a mandate across Canada for having pretended to violate his statutory release. He disappeared on April 7 and was arrested by the Toronto police service.
Stations is serving an eight -month sentence and 17 days for violation of a long -term surveillance order.
Stations was released from prison to live in a community residential establishment in Toronto at its statutory release on March 14. The Toronto police had issued a warning to inform the public of stations because of their demonstrated risk for the community and the children.

In legal release, stations held many conditions, especially in alcohol consumption establishments, not consuming alcohol, without drug consumption and according to a treatment plan.
Stations was found guilty of aggression causing bodily lesions in 2019 and turned out to be a dangerous offender, police said.
The court documents showed that the victim of stations was a five -year -old child who, in 2016, was attacked while he entered a bakery with his mother and brother.
Several witnesses said they saw stations give the child a great strength, according to documents. The young child was made temporarily unconscious and taken to the hospital.
The court documents also showed that in 2013, Gares “threatened to kill children of primary school age” when he was angry with the refusal of the children’s aid society to allow him to access his own children.
The files show that his lawyer said that these threats were “serious enough to require the police.”
He was sentenced to two charges of threatening death, theft, assault with the intention of resisting arrest and not complying with probation.
At his release in 2015, police issued a public warning to around two dozen public schools in his old district, sending letters to the house to parents of his “threat to public security”.
