An old male stripper explained how he had abandoned his festive lifestyle to live to live a dedicated to peace and meditation.
Ashley Edelman said that he had trouble finding himself after leaving his native Australia and first obtained a job in Cornwell, in the southwest of England, as a male stripper.
Then he finally joined a monastery in Thailand.

“It was part of the lifestyle,” he said. “Cocaine, grass, party – everything was together. But it was not durable.
“Finally, I burned,” said Edelman, writing that he touched the bottom in 2018.

At this point, Edelman decided to leave the stripper activity.
But when his marriage ended four years later, he “returned briefly” to the adult industry “, but something did not feel well.
“I felt like I was selling my soul,” he said, noting that he did not regret his time in the adult industry.

After hitting Rock Bottom in 2018, he said that he had visited Imonastery in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where he spent a month living like a monk without phone or music
He ended up being kismet because two days after leaving the monastery, he learned that he had to leave his house.
“Everything aligned himself effortless,” he said.
Edelman now lives in the Middle East, where he says that he meditates daily, organizes breathing sessions, coaches customers, help people regulate their nervous systems and “delete limiting beliefs”.
“I live in zero resistance,” wrote Edelman. “I feel calm, anchored and aware of myself in a way that I would never have imagined possible.
To maintain his new carefree lifestyle, the old stripper said that he had stayed out of social networks for six months – and that he was not back until April 2024, when he said he was promised that he would only publish “when he was aligning with whom I am today.”
Now, Edelman has more than 147,000 subscribers on Instagram, where he says shares his story to inspire others.
“So many people suffer in silence. They think they are alone. But we all go through the same things in different ways and the transformation is possible, “he wrote.
“I used to live a life that most men dreamed of – to the rapid, wild, attractive rhythm. Now, I live a life rooted in the service, ”concluded Edelman.
He said he wanted to return to the monastery in Thailand every year, “But I know that I am not supposed to live there full time.
“My mission is not to serve me, but to serve others.
“Everything I have experienced – each show, each error, each revelation – led me here,” he wrote.
