The Spring Matinee series of the Performing Arts Center in 2025 offers an intriguing range of performance, bringing a diverse range of entertaining shows for customers of all ages. Go to the living room!
Georgia Southern University’s performer arts Center launched its Winter / Spring Masting and Mainstage series in February 2025, offering an exciting performance of performance aimed at an inspiring, educating and entertaining audience.
The season started with two captivating shows from the Northern Caroline tour company, Bright Star Theater.

The PAC Matinee 2025 series started on February 10 with “The velvet rabbit”, “ A comforting adaptation of the classic children’s book from 1922 which celebrates love and self -acceptance. The next day, in honor of the month of black history, the experienced public “Meet Dr. King”, A powerful production that explored childhood, the pastoral journey and the influential leadership of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. during the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960s.
The Matinee 2025 series has already been a remarkable success, with more than 1,000 customers of school groups, homeschoolers, senior centers and the general public which attends the opening performance.
“With such a diversified audience, it’s great to see productions that are aimed at all age groups,” said Allyson LeePAC Patron Service Manager.

The next shows, “Recycled Cinderella” March 26, 2025, and “Jack adventure in space” On March 27, 2025, are perfect for the younger public, while the adaptation of Rachel Atkins by William Wycherley “The country woman” Offers a reflection experience for secondary school students and more, offering two performances on April 10 and continuing from April 11 to 12, 2025.
The 2024-2025 season will end with the family adventure “Mythical dragons and animals” On April 14, 2025, with an exciting night filled with life -size dragons, trolls, fairies and more. The public will experience magic and will join the cast to kill the dragon. The PAC’s commitment to make arts accessible to students, the elderly, homescholers and families highlights its role as a cultural hub for the Tri -County region – a truly fantastic initiative.
The CAP becomes an essential destination for all kinds of entertainment, ensuring that there is something for everyone. Whether you plan a family outing, a special occasion or a memorable meeting party, the CAP has something for everyone.
