A man from Winnipeg is back in detention, according to the police, after the Manitoba judge alerted the local cops that a man wearing a monitored ankle bracelet entered a zone near a nursery school and a playground, in violation of his liberation conditions.
The violation took place around 10 p.m. Wednesday and the man was arrested within an hour after the police followed him on Higgins avenue near Sutherland avenue.

When he was arrested, the police said that police had found ammunition and an improvised firearm, known as “Canon Zip” on his person.
The 39 -year -old man now faces accusations of weapons, as well as violations of his liberation order.
