
Brett Young tell Male newspaper He “cut the alcohol of (his) diet and routine”, his greatest motivation being “the longevity for (my) children and being there for my family”.
From there, the former Ole Miss Baseball baseball player, aged 44, continued his well-being trip, gets back in shape.
“I started to search the search for longevity and well-being and anti-aging and discover that, you know, lifting heavy is at the heart of all this. And I’m just in a way plunged into my head first, ”he says.
How does Brett manage to eat healthy on the road? He says that “an order for the family size of chipotle” at the start of a trip is the answer.
“I do not make any of the complementary modules, none of the extras,” he reveals. “We are talking about black beans, white rice and a protein and guacamole if I cheat, and I fill the refrigerator with.”

“My endurance and my voice, I started to last,” he said about changes. “I could sing for longer periods, more days in a row. I mean, the positive effects began to flow in all these areas of my life that I did not even know would be touched simply by making health and well-being and physical form a main objective. “
