Las Vegas (KSNV) – The 14th Annual Festival of Las Vegas Science and Technology captivated the participants on Saturday with its Hallmark event, the Giant of Sciences and Technology Expo.
The free and a day event offered unique opportunities to participants to engage with advanced technologies and participate in flexion of spirit.
More than 60 STEM organizations in the community have presented practical demonstrations, allowing visitors to interact with scientists, researchers and STEM professionals from the southern Nevada.
Participants were entitled to live demonstrations featuring robotics, virtual reality and fauna meetings.
They also had the chance to examine the authentic prehistoric fossils excavated from the archaeological sites of Nevada.
In a tradition that began with Elise L. Wolff Elementary School in 2023, the festival granted $ 1,000 to the school district of the Clark County (CCSD) with the highest attendance.
This year, Billy and Rosemary Vassiliadis Elementary School received the Giant Expo Service Award.
