The New York Knicks are interested in the head coach of Dallas Mavericks, Jason Kidd, who is two years on his contract with Dallas.

The Knicks need a new head coach after dismissed Tom Thibodeau, who guided the franchise to the conference final this year for the first time since 2000.
Thibodeau was hired by the Knicks in 2020. He went 226-174 in the regular season and 24-23 in the playoffs and won the 2021 coach prize.
