The High Court of Florida represses misconduct for a turmoil of lawyers

The penalties were from radiation to the suspension of the practice of lawyers through the state.

A dozen lawyers have recently been disciplined by the Florida Supreme Court for various levels of misconduct in their practice.

Some of the deepest cases of avocado misconduct included the case of Barry Robert Gainsburg of Coral Springs. He was sentenced by the High Court to undergo a disciplinary dismissal with authorization to request readmission after five years after an order from the court on May 15. Gainsburg did not argue any contests with a charge of written or electronic threats to kill, make bodily injuries or perform a mass shooting or a act of terrorism, a second degree crime, according to a press release from the Florida bar.

“The disciplinary revocation is equivalent to a radiation,” said Gainsburg’s court documents.

David H. Stoller D’Orlando received a public reprimand and received the order to frequent the school of ethics by the consultation service of the diversion of the Florida bar (and) the discipline consultation in force within 30 days of an order of the court of May 15. Stoller has proven not to be informed of cases while representing customers in terms of immigration. “Stoller has engaged in a scheme of lack of diligence, negligence and non-compliance with judicial orders and local rules, resulting in a dismissal of the case and several orders to show that the cause was rendered in Stoller,” concluded the decision of the Supreme Court.

Mendel ZilberbergA lawyer for Monssey, New York, suffered a provisional suspension for crime from 30 days after an order from the May 8. Zilberberg was found guilty of conspiracy in order to commit bank fraud and a conspiracy to make false declarations to a bank, making false declarations to a bank and an embezzlement and an embezzlement of bank funds.

Other lawyers disciplined by judges include: Alexis Trischa-Day Benjamin Hollywood which was suspended for six months. Danielle Justine Butlerde Fort Lauderdale who was suspended for 30 days. Taylor Wayne Casey of Jacksonville suspended for 30 days after an order from the May 7 court. Jerry D. HaynesSuspended for 30 months in force 30 days after May 8. Bruce Jacobs of Miami has been definitively struck off. T. Lorraine Johns De Dade City was suspended from training for 10 days a month after an order from the May 15 court. Natalie Renee Jones D’Orlando was struck off following an order from the court on May 22. Walker J. Smith IV Orlando received a public reprimand, the completion of the Ethics School and 50 hours of Pro Bono Legal Services. Kenneth Clark Steel, IIi de Jacksonville suffered a reprimand. Pamela Therese Calderon de Venice suffered a disciplinary dismissal. James Lawrence Torres De Satellite Beach had a disciplinary revocation with leave to request readmission after five years.
