Hawai’i Keiki Museum, located in Kings shops in Waikōloa Beach Resort, invites the whole community of large islands to “enjoy a really unique experience” with “the pleasure fueled by science for the whole family” at no cost on May 3 at the museum during the Waikōloa Lei day festival Hosted by Waikōloa Beach Resort.
The day at no cost is made possible by compassion and non -profit choices of palliative care.
Hawai’i Keiki Museum Connects children to the island of Hawaii thanks to the practical exploration of science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics – which are always part of daily life – using open game experiences.
The members of the community have all day, during regular hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., to discover, create, play and discover the science of the island with more than a dozen practical exhibitions of the museum, all without having to pay.

Hawai’i Keiki Museum since its foundation in 2022 in Kailua-Kona welcomed more than 40,000 visitors through its doors to find out more about the science of Big Island.
The place of Waikōloa in Kings’ stores, its second, opened its doors in March 2024. It is the only location of the Hawai’i Keiki museum that still works after the First and original Kailua-Kona site closed The following month due to a rent peak.
The museum was able to maintain its costs on the site of Waikōloa, but not both, and the continuous operation of the location of Kailua-Kona to the increase in the rent was impracticable.
