The Harvard Business School announced the 2025-2026 cohort Leadership Fellows program. The program is based on the vision of the University Professor Michael Porter to develop a network of HBS graduates with transversal experience that undertakes to solve societal problems throughout their careers. Since 2003, he has placed more than 300 scholarship holders in organizations such as the office of the mayor of the city of Boston, Harlem Children’s Zone, Equal Justice Initiative, Mercy Corps and Whitney Museum of American Art.
Thanks to their participation, graduate students – also known as scholarship holders – are offered non -profit management possibilities and non -profit public sector organizations for a year to a competitive salary. At the same time, hiring organizations take advantage of experience, energy and strategic and analytical skills of MBA graduates in roles that produce immediate results and strengthen long -term capacity.
