The governor appoints two to Halifax Health Board
Governor Ron Desantis announced the appointment of Andrew Lupoli and referring the renewal of Glenn Ritchey SR. to Halifax Health Board of Commissioners on Friday, February 14.
Lupoli is the assistant treasurer of Brown & Brown Insurance and the treasurer of the houses brings hope. He is a certified treasure professional. Lupoli obtained his baccalaureate in accounting from the University of Florida Centrale.
Ritchey SR. is president and chief executive officer of Ritchey Automotive Group, Southeast Automotive Management, Jon Hall Chevrolet, Inc., Daytona Hyundai, Ritchey Cadillac / Buick / GMC, Subaru de Daytona, and Volvo and Subaru de Melbourne. He is also vice-president and chief executive officer of Bennett Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Kingsland and Dublin Chevrolet Nissan, Buick, GMC. A veteran of the American army reserves, he previously was the mayor of Daytona Beach and was inducted at Florida Auto Industry Hall of Fame in 2023.
The governor appoints four to the DSC board of directors
Governor Ron Desantis appointed Nellie Lupoli and renamed Randy Dye, Lloyd Freckleton and Robert Lloyd to the Directors of Daytona State College District on Friday, February 14.
Lupoli is vice-president of houses here. She is a member of the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Volusia Economic Development Corporation team. She is the recipient of the 2019 Young Leaders’ Prize for Centraide Counties of Volusia-Flagler. She obtained her master’s degree in business administration at Harvard University.
Dye is the owner of Daytona Dodge Crysler Jeep Ram, Maserati & Alfa Romeo. He is a member of the NASCAR Foundation and was appointed PhilanthropE 2020 of the year by the Volusia / Flagler chapter of the association of Fundraising Professionals.
Freckleton is a former director of the New York Correctional Services department. He previously served in the reserve of the American army, retiring with the rank of colonel.
Lloyd is the director of Lloyd’s law. He is president of the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce and member of the Florida University Foundation and the Board of Directors of the College of Law from the University of Florida.
These appointments are subject to the confirmation of the Florida Senate.

PRC Alliance adds a new doctor
Dr. Neil Nagda joined the PRC Alliance on August 1, 2024. He trained in the places of Palm Coast, (21 Hospital Dr., suite 120) and Daytona (1671 N. Clyde Morris Blvd. Suite 100).
Nagda is a doctor and an interventional anesticist with a double -card certified à la carte à la PRC. With expertise in intervention procedures, in particular cyphoplasty, stimulation of spinal cord, stimulation of the peripheral nerve, mini-invasive sacroiliac joint and mini-invasive lumbar decompression, it provides individual care to approach unique patient sources of patients.
Nagda is a member of the North American Neuromodulation Society, of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and American Society of Regional Anesthesia. He presented new works during several conferences, notably the Florida Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the American Society of Anesthesiologist Meeting Annual and the Society of Regional Anesthesia.
