Diamond band distributors and subsidiaries, including alliance game distributors, will be sold at Alliance Entertainment, according to a file in the case of bankruptcy today. Although Alliance Entertainment was declared winner on the day of bankruptcy auction, Diamond tried to change the winner to a joint offer from Universal Distribution and Wizkids and Neca Parent Ad Populum, LLC, which led to a trial by alliance Entertainment last weekend (see “Alliance Entertainment Suite Diamondยป). A hearing took place on this issue and other questions this week, and the file has referred to the results.
According to the file today, during a move to the deadline, at the hearing “… The court indicated that it was ready to strengthen an order approving the sale of almost all of the assets of debtors with Entertainment, LLC, on the submission by the debtors of a final form of order and the purchase agreement of assets revised in accordance with the declarations made to the record for the sale.”
We await the court order, but it seems that the decision has been made.
