Today, the city of Gretna has announced another major anchor to the development of Gretna Landing.
The Nebraska Medicine is associated with nuddle companies to build a health center of 125,000 square feet, which will open the patients in the second half of 2027.
Gretna Landing, located in the northwest of the 370 and 192nd Street motorway, includes a mixed use project of 31 acres which will include office spaces and professional services, as well as retail spaces, restaurants, retailers and residential units focused on fitness and well-being. Noadle companies envisage Gretna Landing as a destination inspired by the village of Aksarben to create a development that meets the needs of the growing community.

Services at Nebraska Medicine Gretna Landing Health Center will include:
- Primary and specialized care.
- Orthopedics and sports medicine.
- Imaging technologies.
- Laboratory services.
- Urgent care services.
- Pharmacy.
- Procedural spaces.
