It’s officially Outdoor coffee season! The weather is now clear enough for you to sit outside the best of London pubs and sip a shandy in the sun.
It is also time that a Boozer Lucky is named the best in London. Congratulations to Punch Bowl in Mayfair, who Life lifestyle guide named the city‘If the best destination pub ‘in Muddy Stilets Awards 2025. Now in its 12th year, each year, prices recognize a multitude of stores, pubs, hotels and places depending on public votes.
The Punch Bowl is a Georgian pub on a Backstreet from Central London (Farm Street, to be exact). It belonged to Guy Ritchie and Madonna, who bought him from Greg Foreman, son of Gangster and Kray Twins, partner Freddie Foreman, in 2008.
Ritchie sold the pub in 2013 and it was renovated in 20914. It is now led by the butcombe brasserie and, impressively, is open at 8 am for breakfast, serving a Brekkie Grill plateau of £ 50. The Boozer classified from Grade II dates back to 1750.
Speaking of the Pub victory, the Director General of Punch Bowl, Kyra Roberts, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have won the best destination pub in London! The Punch Bowl beat the other finalists of the Pub The Albion in Islington, The Holly Bush in Hampstead, the three crowns of Stoke Newington and the Wolfpack Inn in Fulham.
THE The Muddy Stilettos Awards also crowned the best London coffee For 2025 and the best deli.
