The summit also included sessions in small groups covering subjects such as well-being, AI in health care, six dimensions to influence the culture of the team and the advocacy in matters of nursing policy. In addition, a round table has explored emerging trends in health care.
The main speaker, Olivia Lemberger, scientist of the American Nurses Association innovation, underlined the future of nurse innovation and praised camaraderie among the nurses during the event.
“There is a deep feeling of community among the colleagues of the ECU Health,” said Lemberger. “There was a positive energy that was palpable. This is something I want each nurse to have had.
