Tribute to the legend of the TV and Acclamations Star, George Wendt, flock after his Died on Tuesday at the age of 76.

Clifford “Cliff” by Ratzenberger, Cliff “Cliff” was the best friend of Norm and a faithful consumer boyfriend. The actor, 78, described Wendt as “a real craftsman – humble, hilarious and full of heart”.
“What you saw on the screen was exactly who it was off screen with impeccable comic timing and a deep loyalty to those he loved. Our calm conversations and moments of friendship that meant the most,” said Ratzenberger.
The actor joined in the dansation to express special sympathies to the 47 -year -old Wendt wife, Bernadette Birkett, as well as their three children, Hilary, Joe and Daniel, “and all those who loved him”.

Perlman has shared many memorable scenes with Wendt as a Sardonic and Vive Serveuse Carla Tortelli. In a statement to EW, the actress remembered her friend and the Costar of “the sweetest and nicest man I have ever met”.
“It was impossible not to love him,” said Perlman. “As Carla, I often stood next to him, because Norm always took the same seat at the end of the bar, which facilitated him and beat him shit at least once a week. I loved doing it, and he liked to pretend that it was not bad. What a guy! I will miss him more than the words cannot say.”
Wendt, danson, Ratzenberger and Perlman remained close in the decades that followed Acclamations left. All four appeared on various episodes of SinkTHE Acclamations A fallout was built around psychiatrist and former resident of the Frasier Crane bar (Grammer Kelsey). The 2002 episode “Gerful Goodbyes” saw Crane return to Boston, where he met Norm, Carla and Cliff.
Ratzenberger, Wendt and Perlman also appeared on episodes of Tortellisanother Acclamations Spinoff based on recurring characters Nick and Loretta Tortelli (Dan Hedaya and Jean Kasem), the ex of Carla and his new sparkling wife.

In 2023, Danson, Wendt and Ratzenberger struck on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Acclamations‘Final by revisiting part of their Backstage stories behind the scenes. Wendt recalled one night when production “responded to Chinese food and (Woody Harrelson) discovered after about 20 minutes that he ate pork, and he decided to go and serve.
