
A new study suggests that consumption of plants based on plants instead of butter can provide more health benefits. Researchers have examined the health information collected over 30 years, compared to around 221,000 people. This included data on the frequency that participants consumed certain foods. The researchers then estimated the consumption of butter and vegetable oil participants.
