“This is an event that we organize each year in order to educate and inspire young people to want to make a career in the STEM,” said James Tarner, sales director for the Pacers. “It’s incredible to see the impact we can have in the Indianapolis youth district to look for a job in STEM, let’s hope it one day.”
THE Indiana Pacers associated with Eli Lilly Bring nearly 40 companies, colleges and non -profit organizations in the STEM field.
“We all have a role in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, so each of us occupies a position that is incorporated into all of this,” said Rosalind Young-Goree, principal technician at Eli Lilly.

“It is a wonderful thing for the community, and it is a wonderful introduction for children,” said the young Goree.
The Pacers obtained a decisive pass – about the court – which made the children how the team uses the stems on and off the field.
“It’s just a fantastic opportunity for us to reach a ton of people in the Indianapolis region, young people and children in high school,” said Tarner.
Science has also brought basketball.
In addition to mathematical hoops at the STEM Fest of this year – where children had the chance to learn mathematics skills thanks to basketball – the children attended the event also obtained a ticket for the next Pacers match against the Sacramento Kings on March 31.
