THE Miaa state tournaments For basketball and hockey, are expected to start next week.

But before you get, there is still business to attend. The regular season ends this week before the announcement of the tournament couples on Saturday.

The teams are going this week to make a last boost to improve the sowing of the tournament.

Basketball boys

ETAHL POHL scored 25 points while East Bridgewater beat Holliston, 55-50.

Norwell beat Holbrook, 84-55. Odens Massillon scored 20 points in the loss and Allen Brown Stuck in 19.

North Quincy defeated Brockton, 59-48, behind 20 points Kobe Nguyen. Nguyen is at 997 career points before the match of Thursday at home against Durfee.

Luke Ryan scored two goals in Scitute 6-3 victory over Wachusett.
