This represents approximately 13.7% of the actions in the circulation of SRM Entertainment. This agreement, as of February 10, 2025, prevents the shareholder from selling these actions until January 1, 2026, demonstrating a strong commitment to the long -term vision and stability of the company.
This locking agreement is designed to promote a commercial market ordered for the actions of SRM Entertainment and underlines the confidence that the shareholder has in the future perspectives of the company. It aligns the interests of shareholders with those of all other shareholders, promoting the creation of long -term value.
