Appleton – The 3 -point pointer from Luke Oelhafen with 6.1 seconds on the left turned out to be the decisive points of the fascinating victory of the Hawks against the chief of the bay conference, West de Pere.
The victory passes the Hawks to an equal to two lanes at the top of the bay conference at 11-1 with the Phantoms with two games to play in the league.
The Hawks (17-5 in total) dragged 63-59 but a 3 points from Logan Ramczyk pulled Xavier to one at less than 35.3 seconds to the left.

West de Pere (13-6) had owned but returned the ball with just under 30 seconds. Xavier then worked for the time towards the winning shot of Oelhafen.
West De Father had a shot to equalize or take the lead but failed to knock on the end of time.
Ramczyk scored 28 points to lead the Hawks, Jonah Gentry adding 11 on the bench.
Bryce Borowicz and Nick Greisen each had 12 points to lead West of Father.
