As head of spectrum field operations in the northwest, Fulton led a team of 1,700 employees to serve customers from Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming and Center and North California. From 2017 to 2024, Mr. Fulton was vice-president of the group, operations of call centers, supervising customer service in 18 technical support call centers and for four years earlier, he held management positions on successive fields with the company. He joined Spectrum in 2013 after 15 years at Cablevision, where he worked in a series of field operations and customer service management positions on several markets.
Mr. Fulton holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management of the Metropolitan State University in Denver.
