Ocean City – Where can you look at the unshakable ocean break against the inflexible beach while taking a shower? In the wonderful single -family house at 5235 Central Ave., this is where.
Recently listed by Mark Grimes of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fox & Roach Realtors, the 2,022 square foot in the sea is loaded with modern equipment.
The design on several levels of the house offers many areas to be collected or escaping, depending on the mood and the guests, and the central staircase leads to each of the five floors, tilting between the front and rear spaces.
“Completely renovated and ready to move, this house offers four bedrooms, three complete bathrooms, several outdoor living spaces and a breathtaking view of the beach and the ocean,” said Grimes.

Recent upgrades include a third floor addition, renovated kitchen and main bathroom, a closet without Californian cupboards and a Tesla load station.
In addition, the house has a new roof, a seat, a front door and a storm door, awnings, a tiled outdoor shower, a concrete aisle, a paved patio in the backyard and the stone exterior.
“This home like New and was meticulously maintained,” said Grimes, the appellant “an excellent opportunity to have a house by the sea with a super location”.
The house is large and narrow and benefits from its location with several windows facing east and south, sliding glass doors that open on the front and rear bridges and an incredible barrel -shaped cut with a transom to Half-circle facing the ocean.
He has a design upside down, with rooms on the first two levels, the kitchen and the dining room on the third level, the living room at the fourth level and the last bedroom at the top.

A concrete path leads the south side to a raised porch, where the main entrance is located. The steps lead to the other side towards a path that continues at the rear, where there is a covered porch with a composite platform, a paved stone terrace, a raised porch for the barbecue and climbs on the bridge from the dining room.
Back on the side porch, the main door opens a hall with a rustic tile floor. The inclined woodwork goes up in both sides of the wooden steps, creating a coherent look for the whole trip.
This first level also has a large bedroom with a sliding glass door opening onto the covered porch and a full bathroom with a tile floor, a Fabuwood Topped Vanity in Quartz and an entirely tiled shower with an oscillating glass door .
There are also a few cupboards, one containing a washer and a full -size electrolux dryer and the other under the stairs.
At the second level, there is a corner bathroom with a tiled shower and a window with a view of the beach.
One of the rooms is on the left and the other at the west end, above the car.
At the top of another short staircase, the kitchen and the dining room are right.

The kitchen is a modern marvel, with foam topped quartz cabinets along two walls and a peninsula, which creates a bar space and partially separates the two spaces.
Stainless steel devices have a five-door range / oven, a two-door refrigerator with a freezer drawer, a counter microwave and a dishwasher. Behind the deep sink is a backrest of glass tiles. Even more cabinets are in an autonomous unit along the southern wall.
The dining room is clearly the show show in this house, with its breathtaking view of the ocean and its noble cathedral ceiling in sloping towards the beach, leaving a space for a cursor that encompasses the whole oriental wall. Outside, the large solar bridge is perfect for catching rays, Cold Dink in hand, while the rest of the family is preparing for the beach.
After sunset and the promenade entertainment is verified from the list, gathering in the living room is in order. The fourth level is dedicated to the family, offering a space for a few sofas and lounge chairs as well as a wall television. This space also has a cursor at its west end which opens onto a raised deck with an awning, the ideal place to watch the sun go to bed another big day on the shore.
Finally, the main room suite is at the top, where this fancy shower is located with the window overlooking the beach. There is also an entire room dedicated to the cupboard space, with integrated shelves and cupboards.
Parking is never a problem because there are two places on the concrete parking cushion and another in the car under the house, which is flanked by stacked stone pillars and offers about 7 feet of release.
There is also a storage room and an outdoor shower, both sheltered by the above house.
The location of the house in the deep district of Southend is like moving away from all this while moving away from all this. Of course, it’s nice to be in the city center where all the action is, rides and candy stores in t-shirt stores and miniature golf course, but this part of the island has more Houses that companies and takes place among the wild dunes, generating a feeling of being on a remote island while being a few kilometers from the attractions.
