MacKeyville – It could be the dead of winter, but the Clinton County Fair Association already finalizes a fantastic entertainment summer range for the Comté de Clinton fair of this year.
The 52nd fair should take place from Saturday July 26 to Saturday August 2 at MacKeyville Fairgrounds, and the variety of groups, artists and special events planned promises something for everyone!
Musical programming goes from rock and-roll and classic rock, country, jazz and swing and soul. Also on the calendar is a show of motorcycle chills, dirt dragster races, bulls and special events in Figure 8 and the demolition derby.
A tribute to the legendary group, The Eagles, will be at the head of this year’s fair. The “7 Bridges, The Ultimate Eagles, based in Nashville, will go to the main stage of the evening of Saturday August 2, to recreate the experience of an Eagles concert.
Other artists include Country Up and Comers Jack and Davis Reid music, grandchildren of the great country, the Statler brothers, who should occur on the evening of Monday, July 28.

The managers of Fair Barb Forshey and Donna Wech say that the variety of entertainment is intentional.
