The batch numbers recalled are 100059661 with an expiration date of January 31, 2026 and 100069150 with an expiration of September 30, 2026.

According to the Reminder of Health Canada, Severon must be taken daily, except led by the person who prescribed the drug.
The instructions that come with the product indicate that taking the pills in the appropriate order is important to prevent pregnancy, and that taking a placebo could lead to an unplanned pregnancy, as well as other side effects, including irregular stains and bleeding.
