Charlotte – Several families with students from the South Mecklenburg High School have received emails from the health department of Mecklenburg requesting that their students be tested for tuberculosis.
The health service has contacted several families to inform them that their student may have been in close contact with a person infected with tuberculosis or tuberculosis.
Students have been informed that they would be tested for free at school in the past two days. Blood samples have been taken from students.
The families of students who were affected received an email from the health service.
