CAPE Canaveral, Florida (AP) – Scientists finally gave the whole to the earth from a newly discovered asteroid.
After two months of observations, scientists almost entirely excluded any threat from the 2024 -year -old asteroid, NASA and the European space agency, announced on Tuesday.
At one point, the chances of a strike in 2032 were as high as 3% and exceeded the lists of asteroids in the world.
The ESA has since lowered the ratings to 0.001%. NASA has succeeded at 0.0027% – which means that the asteroid will safely pass the land in 2032 and there is no threat of impact for the next century.

But there is still 1.7% like Asroids could strike the moon on December 22, 2032, according to NASA. The world’s telescopes will continue to follow the asteroid by moving away from us, the webb space telescope zooming next month to identify its size. It should disappear from sight in another month or two.

Discovered in December, the asteroid has an estimate of 130 feet at 300 feet (40 meters at 90 meters) and we swing our path every four years.
“Although this asteroid no longer presents a significant risk of impact on earth, 2024 years old has provided an invaluable opportunity” for the study, NASA said in a statement.
