CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Students at Windsor Park Elementary School received a special science treatment today.
The Hagerman Science Show stopped by the school Friday to give students a first-hand look at some of their crazy and wacky experiments.
The man behind the series, Hagerman the Entertainer, has been seen on shows like America’s Got Talent.
The hands-on demonstration invited students onto the stage to learn how things like static electricity and gyroscopes work.
“What’s important here is that we connect real science experiments to what they learn in the classroom and what they see in the wider world. We want our children to know that science is everywhere and that hands-on science is essential. something they can do too,” said Principal Kimberly Bissell.
Friday’s special performance was brought to the school with the help of the Windsor Park PTA.
